In recent American history, there has been a noticeable decline in the popularity of masculinity. Culture doesn't encourage the characteristics of normal, rowdy, passionately competitive boys. In fact, these characteristics are under attack. The lack of encouragement doesn't stifle these traits, it just leaves young men not knowing what to do with them. Sports are a great tool to influence and hone God-given masculine traits. Hence, our willingness to give back to them.
